Knowledge documents

Uploaded PDFs are automatically indexed and used to ground your bot's answers in your own content — pricing sheets, FAQs, policies. When a customer messages, the bot searches these documents for relevant passages and uses them alongside the system prompt above to answer, instead of relying on generic knowledge alone.

Only Tenant Owner/Admin can upload knowledge documents.
