Attach an existing WABA

For a WABA your Meta business already owns — Meta blocks self-sharing that into an app the same business owns, so the embedded signup popup can't select it. Paste a System User access token from Meta Business Settings (Users → System users → Generate token, with whatsapp_business_management + whatsapp_business_messaging + catalog_management permissions — also assign the System User to the WABA and the catalog under Assign assets first) instead.
